Wools of Cumbria Carpets Ltd.

Wools of Cumbria produce a carpet tile using 100% natural wool, no dye is used to produce the colours. To achieve this they use a Swaledale wool that is light coloured at one end of the scale, and Herdwick which is dark at the other end. The other shades are produced using various mixtures of the two.

The final affect is a superb natural colour bank that is produced using only natural wools. The carpet tiles are heavy commercial grading, the pile weight being 1525 g/m2.

Wools of Cumbria also donate monies to the various sheep breeders association to support them in their endeavours to keep hill farming alive in Cumbria.

As an added touch the wool can also be dyed to any colour that you desire.
